The Fair Grove Farmers' Market vendors are gearing up for the 2012 season.
Please note the New Market Hours for the 2012 season will be from 3pm till 6:30 pm Starting April 18Th till October 3rd. Rain Or Shine.
We would like to welcome 2 of our newest members for the 2012 Season
Janet Shuey of Fair Grove, Mo will be baking and making sweets and breads for the market. I can not wait to try her whoopie pies, Janet will be making applesauce bars, and cookies and brownies.
Diane Yinger from Stafford will be bringing plants and herbs and scented geraniums and berry plants.
Missie Weeks of Fair Grove is our pumpkin vendor and she has her new green house all done and will be selling all sorts of vegetables this year at the market.
Our Market is currently looking to add 3 new produce vendors to our market. So if you are interested in selling at the Fair Grove Farmers' Market please contact me at debsgourds@yahoo.com.
We are still in need of a meat vendor all so.
We will be OPEN Wednesday JULY 4TH.
The Market cafe will be serving beef brisket sandwiches and will have other menu items for sale during market hours.

The Fair Grove Farmers' Market vendors casted a vote and The Market Hours will be 3pm till 6:30 pm this year.
They felt that this would help our customers that need to get to church. And when they pick there kids up from school they can head to the market. We hope this will help you our customers'

The last day for the Fair Grove Farmers' Market is Oct 5Th. We had a very challenging season with the extreme heat cooking the produce on the vines and tree's. It is always sad for me to say good bye to the vendors and customers for the season. The Market will have a free cup a chili at the market for all the customers,(while supply last) prepared by Our Vendors.
It is our way of saying goodbye for the year and Thanking you for supporting our market throughout the year and shopping at the Market.
The market will have local honey and Leah's Tortillas, Sandra's Soaps and lotions and a few tomatoes,
The Blos will be there with there baked breads and goodies. Jennifer Farr with her pottery. Sean with his coffee.
So be sure and stop by and stock up on jams and jellies from Natures Lane. Get your hot peppers for your home made
salsa. I will have pumpkin bread as well as zucchini bread and my cinnamon Jelly.
Mr. & Mrs. Do will be at the market handing out free Forsythia Shrubs while supply last.

Our Market strives on our Children.
The Dowells have gone above and beyond and have made a positive impact to The Fair Grove Farmers' Market and to the community.
To help raise awareness of the importance of Eating Healthy food and to be self producing.
And to strive to the parents the importance of not raising a couch potato but to teach kids to raise a real potato from there own garden. And how 2 people can make a difference in our children's life Like the Dowells.

The last week for the kids club will be Wednesday the 15Th.
On the June 22ND Jennifer Farr will have her pottery class for any child that signs up. There is a $10.00 fee. This helps pay for the paints and clay and firing of the pots. The 22ND the kids will create there own pottery dish then on the 29Th they will come and paint there creation and then on July 6Th they will pick up there completed creation.
